Hi, almost all my keyboard shortcuts are working so far. The one I can't get working is CTRL + SHIFT + F9 to delete all links from a doc. I select the entire doc, as usual, CTRL + A, but then the delete links shortcut won't work. Any suggestions? I'm working on an iMac 10.7.5, Windows 7, MS Word 2010. I've tried 2 different keyboards: the mac extended and now an MS Comfort Curve 3000. (On the microsoft website, the specs for this KB say it should work fine w/ this software.) Please help. Hi LuanneD,
If you want F1-12 buttons to be recognized as they are, go to the Apple 'System' menu -> System Preferences -> Keyboard & Mouse (Hardware section), open the 'Keyboard' tab and check option 'Use F1-F12 keys to control software features".

Hi, I need to repeat my original question, How can I get Ctrl+A, then Ctrl+SHIFT+F9 to work in parallels in Word 2010? I frequently need to strip all the links from huge book manuscripts for my freelance work, and I need to be able to do that globally. Please help. Thank you for your reply. Those instructions seemed promising. I followed them. But, unfortunately, when I reached Step 6, the dialogue box did not give me the capability to put the command keys in the correct order. My command is Ctrl+SHIFT+F9. The dialogue box only allows SHIFT+Ctrl+F9, no matter how I entered the info. I tried it anyway, and it still doesn't strip all the links.
I would love to be able to strip all the links while in Word 2010 in Parallels, so that I don't have to move the docs to the Mac side just for one procedure. If anyone has a global link-stripping shortcut that works in Parallels, please supply it!
