Keyboard Freezes

My keyboard regularly freezes up and I have to reboot Windows to get it back. The trackpad still works. It hasn't happened while I'm using it, just if I step away from the machine and come back.

Anyone else experience this? Parallels 5 on a Macbook pro with latest version of OSX.

Please, describe your problem more detailed.

Does all keys locked or only part of them?
Does shift, ctrl, win (apple) still work or not?
Does mac os hot keys still work (cmd+tab,...)?

Please, enable verbose logging in Parallels Destop preferences,
wait while issue reproduced, create and send Problem Report
and post report id here.

I turned the verbose logging on. It's only the numbers, letters, arrows that don't work. Ctrl-alt-esc, etc., work.

What files exactly would be helpful for me to post?
 
Use the "Report a Problem..." item in the Help menu to create a report when you reproduce the problem. When the report is sent, it will return a report id. Post that id here.

I just set up a new iMac with Win 7 and Parallels, and it has the exact same problem as my laptop does. So whatever it is, it's clearly not a unique problem.
