Keyboard layout does not exist

As it is described on the above link there are provided layouts which are selectable inside the guest. That said, sadly, what I would need (Hungarian) is not in the list of supported keyboard layouts.

Is there any plan to develop & add the Hungarian layout?

If there is no plan / In the meantime, what could I do? Would I need to remap all the necessary keys one by one?
