keyboard issue: Logitech K780 ISO

I have a logitech k780 iso keyboard in Spanish, and the keys that correspond to the signs < > when I am in windows write the characters º ª.
I know that with the combinations fn+p and fn+o I can change this behavior but it is not an optimal solution.
