Key of previous version is same as current upgrade key

Hi all, this is the 3rd year I'm using Parallels, and my license got renewed automatically.
I have to enter the new license key. When I do so, it is recognized and I have to enter a key from the previous version.
I looked up online what this key was, and it is exactly the same key.
And that is not accepted.
What should I do?
