Key for no-charge upgrade to Parallels 20 is missing

Hello,
I have purchased and activated the Parallels Desktop license between 1.9.2024 and 31.10.2024,
but I did not get any license key for Parallels Desktop 20.
I did not found any mail nor get new key to account.
