Kali Linux 2023.3 2023.1 - Parallels Tools can not be installed

Report ID = 440055118
Attached are pics of trying to boot with the 6.5 kernel. I had tried to follow prior instructions in here to clean up the kernel panic prior to the new parallels tool release. Post this is a pic successfully booted into the old kern. BTW, constant issues posting in here as the script alert pops up and I'm just typing standard characters.

Hello, I am not able to find the solution to this problem. I am running Parallels on MacBook Pro M1 and I updated my Kali to the latest (2024.2) - now the Parallels Tools are broken and not able to install them again, getting errors. I am on Parallels 18 and not planning to buy the new version. What should I do? Can Parallels provide the compatible Parallels Tools version for download to fix that issue?
