ISSUE SSD Drives will not connect to BigSur Guest

When attempting to connect SSD from Host -> Guest, PD report "device is busy/inuse" even though its not (time-machine partition is ejected prior to attempting to connect to VM).

Host: BigSur 11.0.1 (public) or 11.1RC2 (beta).
Guest: BigSur 11.0.1 (public) or 11.1RC2 (beta).
Drive: SamSung T5 500gb SSD.
