ISO 27001 and/or SOC 2

I wish to deploy Parallels Desktop for Mac into a regulated environment. During the vendor onboarding process, I was asked to confirm whether the product/vendor is ISO 27001 and/or SOC 2 accredited.

Can anyone assist me here?

Parallels Desktop is SOC2 audited but not ISO 27001.

You can request SOC3/SOC2 reports from your account manager if you are using Business or Enterprise Edition.

How does one find out who their business rep is to ask for this. Been a customer for 3-4 years and never talked to a single person from Parallels. Trying to get to a ticket generating page logged into the parallels site via our business subscription leads in a support loop that takes you back to generic community / social support.
