Is this forum still operated by official people?

For months, the USB problem has not been solved and no one has responded.Few of the questions in this section are official replies. They are all communicated by users themselves.Have all the officials gone on holiday?

People from Parallels rarely post here. I'm sure they read the forum and notice the problems people are having, but communication has always been rather poor. There's usually no way to know which problems can and will be fixed until they eventually release an update.

So this kind of communication is very annoying. I'm ready to switch back to Windows computer after my subscription expires
