Is there a way to install Windows 11 ARM manually?

As the title suggest, Is there a way to go thru the setup of Windows 11. Disabling the auto setup that Parallels does.

I wanna sign in with my University Microsoft 365 Account that includes Windows 11 Enterprise Activation and it seems that there's not a way to do it

Machine: MacBook Air M1 | 256GB SSD | 8GB Unified Memory | Parallels 18.1.0
 
I tried installing Win10 Enterprise from ISO early on (parallels 16?) and it didn't work. So many versions later and it actually might though if they can get you an ISO. You can always change the license in the Host Windows installation's settings.
