Is it possible to install Intel compilers / OneAPI in Parallels desktop?

I saw other users facing problems with intel compilers (Parallels Desktop + Visual Studio + Intel compilers problem | Parallels Forums).
I want to know if it is possible to use OneAPI compilers with any of the apple silicon Macs.
