Is it possible to change the Menu bar icon of Parallels Toolbox on a Mac?

Bit poster
I know it must be a brand identity thing to have those two red stripes in the icon on the menu bar, but it annoys me a lot as it's the only icon which has other colors than grayscale and black in it.

I poked around in /Applications/Parallels Toolbox.app/Contents but couldn't find anything that would be a .png or similar for the Menu bar icon.
