Introducing the Parallels Desktop 19.2.0 update!

I guess I ran into a beginners problem.
I just updated to the Desktop 19.1.1. Now I can no more start Windoes 10. A pop-up windows appears which wants me to allow parallels-Extensions. For this it instructs me
1) to open den macOS-Securitysettings
2) to click on the lock for being able to make changes
3) to click beside "Parallels Internation GmbH" to "allow"
4) to restart my iMac
my Problem: I am admin user. But I can not see the lock in 2)
I also checked the parallels Dessktop configuration. There I have I lock. But I can not find the point for clicking the "Parallels International GmbH" to allow
Which do I have to use for the settings: the macOS security configs ot eh paralles extensions configuration?

regards,
Manfred

I have not had a good experience with 19.2.0 (54827) update. It has made my VM unusable. Everything is extremely slow. Clicking on anything takes a very long time. Before the update, it was very responsive. It literally takes several minutes to open any application or web address. I wish that I could go back to the previous version.
