Internet is not working Windows 7 VM

Hi Guys,

I have just installed windows 7 on my mac (OsX High Sierra) but the internet is not working in windows.

I have kept the Network configuration as 'Shared Network' and I have tried switching to every other available option under the network settings but still not working.

My Macbook Pro is connected to wifi which is working perfectly fine.

I don't know how to contact Parallels support guys. So any help will be greatly appreciated.

Make sure Parallels Tools are installed in the virtual machine. You can use Action > Install Parallels Tools to install it then check.
