Interface language settings

I bought a life-time licence for Parallels Desktop 14 in China when I was on a business trip. I speak a little bit of Chinese, but I don't read it.
I installed it but its interface is partly in Chinese. I tried to change it into Spanish following this page : https://kb.parallels.com/en/111830#images-4

Here's my language preference. Spanish is on the top.



However, it doesn't work. It's always like this.





I can't use Parallels without understanding the menus in Chinese. It's painful and inefficient to look up each character.

So I hope that in the following updates there will be a "interface language" option in the settings.

Interface is locked to Chinese for discounted copies in China.
All other copies are automatically select the language from your macOS system settings, or if none supported, defaults to English.

I suggest you to refund the copy, where you purchased and purchase a new one at parallels.com.
