I already spend a lot of time in that issue - but I couldn't find any solution
Description of the issues (Parallels 18 on MACBOOK PRO 16" 2019 MAC OS 13.4):
The universal receiver is connected only to the VM and the SpaceMouse wireless works perfect. If I connect the CadMouse to the universal receiver it looks like it works, but the pointer isn't visible! The menus appear if I click something - also the SolidWorks Plugin of 3D CONNEXIONS software works. So all is good - only the pointer isn't visible.
The mouse works also correct if I connect the CadMouse via Bluetooth on the MAC - but in that case I don't have the special 3D CONNEXION features. So I'd prefer to use it only in the WINDOWS VM.
Any idea about this?
