Installing Windows 11 x64

Hello
For a Software (TZ Navigator) running only on Windows 11 x64 (not ARM!) I need to be able to install Windows 11 x64 on my MacBook Pro M1 with 64GB memory. Unfortunately this seams not to be that easy!

I do have a valid license, a valid ISO file but found no solution to make it running. I can setup a new VM via prlctl as described in the KB (https://kb.parallels.com/130217). Unfortunately this VM does not fulfill the minimum requirements and Windows does stop with the message "....doesn't currently meet windows 11 system requirements....". I have tied to set all required Regedit key like BypassTPMCheck, BypassSecureBootCheck or BypassRAMCheck which does not work anymore with latest Windows Builds.

I also do not have an Intel Mac available (this is an endangered breed) to generate an x64 image.

Can you please guide me for a solution how to install Windows 11 x64 on my MacBook M1 other than the two described above.
