Installing Mojave on Mac Pro 2019 Catalina

Is it possible to install Mojave as a VM on a Mac Pro 2019 Catalina? Parallels 15. My goal is to use my 32bit programs which no longer run on the new MacPro.

Thanks,
John

I am in the process of doing this now and keep getting the message below after entering the following command.
sudo date 1030162718

-bash: sudo: command not found
I have zero experience using Terminal, I just want to solve the same issues John has.
Thanks,
Martha

Have you disconnected the network on the Mac before executing the terminal command?

Thank you. I made two more attempts, when it worked just as expected so I'm pleased about that. Then I could not remember how to get back here to update. I'm not sure what I did differently but it was a key change.
