Installation of Windows 11 Pro seems to hang even after switching to manual install

Parallels 19 for MAc

I am trying to install Windows 11 using the default download offered by Parallel 19 for Mac. After the installation program had appeared to stall, I decided to use the "Installation -> Manual Install" option, whereupon the screen grew a little larger but otherwise stayed unchanged. All I have is this screen, and it isn't giving any sign of changing any time soon...



I last used Parallels several years and versions ago. I seem t remember that the process then was quite straightforward and easy. Can anyone give me an idea of what's up now, and what I can do to process?

For us to further investigate this issue, kindly reproduce the issue and collect a technical report (right-click Parallels icon in Dock > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and provide us with the report's 9-digit ID in reply to this post.

I'm having the same problem. iMac M1, Ventura 13.5.1, Parallels 19. I was trying to create a new VM, and my installation gets stuck at various points. The farthest it gets is throwing up the attached error dialog. I was thinking uninstalling Parallels completely and then reinstalling might work, but I'm not sure where all the preferences might be hiding. I sent TR 435001029
