Input devices on VM stop working for a small period of time and then start working again.

Parallels Desktop 16 on Mac Big Sur using Apple M1 chip - Windows 10 VM.

Inexplicably input devices (keyboard, mouse, USB input devices of all types - wired controller, etc) stop working for a period of time 5-40 seconds before they suddenly start working again.

Any advise?
 
No, the input devices still work within OSX. I can alt-tab back and forth out of Parallels to other applications, Parallels just refuses to see input devices.
Sometimes when it is happening if I hit escape it will re-activate everything. Sometimes.

Hello, could you please check the same behavior with the newest Parallels Desktop 17 version during the trial period?
