Independent or simultaneous installation?

Hi, I have a simple question - I've just transferred my PC to my MacBook Pro in Parallels which is great, but it's heavy on the resources.

I'd like to trim the install down and remove many of the apps and programs I brought across, but am worried that if I do, it'll affect the original PC.

So my question is: Is the install on the MBP independent to the original PC or will they Sync at some stage and I lose the deleted apps on the PC as well.

Hello, MBP is independent. If you delete anything from the virtual machine it won't affect the real PC.
