Impossible to download parallels toolbox

Hi there,

So I recently installed Parallels Desktop 13 on my MacBook Pro. Problem : I can't download / register Parallels Toolbox which is included with my license (I have the error message 'check your Internet connection')

So I tried the following steps :

But the problem remains...

Then I downloaded the Parallels Toolbox .DMG file from your website, I'm asked to enter my activation key (the same one as Parallels Desktop 13) but I have the following error message



Which basically says that this version only accepts activation key for Parallels Desktop 14

Can someone help me?
How can I 'downgrade' or get a valid key for this version?
