Impossible to activate access on Catalina

After many operations the Option "Activate Access" of parallel acces menu stay on "Not accessible" and I have no way to add my computer - Activate access buton does nothing
OS : Catalina 10.15.3
Parallels Access 5.5.0 (36430)
Catalina access autorisations are done
Acces to other computers work Fine
