I'd very much appreciate hearing from Parallels 10 for Mac users on their evaluation of this combination. Despite Microsoft's claim that Windows 10 is free, it turned out that my Windows 7 Pro software couldn't qualify since M/S claimed (after I had downloaded it,) that the Sony Vaio's processor would not be capable of handling NX (?). And this is despite the fact that Microsoft have stated they will honour even illicit Windows 7 and 8.1 software. They now expect me to buy Windows 10 Pro since all my Windows software: the Vaio came with Windows XP, then I upgraded to Vista, Windows Ultimate, then Windows 7 Pro, which incidentally were not free. Bear in mind too that the Vaio PC can no longer have its software upgraded. So, I am left with the trepidation that maybe, just maybe, despite what Microsoft claim, the total expenditure of Parallels PLUS Windows 10 Pro may not be worth it in the end. What say you ? Thank you.
