Illegal Hardware Instruction with prl_convert

I am trying to convert a vhdx file using prl_convert in the terminal but get the error Illegal Hardware Instruction.
I'm running the following
/Applications/Parallels\ Desktop.app/Contents/MacOS/prl_convert /Users/x400046/Downloads/XPS\ PCOM\ DEV/Virtual\ Hard\ Disks/XPS\ PCOM\ DEV.vhdx
But even if I just do
/Applications/Parallels\ Desktop.app/Contents/MacOS/prl_convert --help
I get the same thing.
Has anyone seen this before?
