I want to access my Paralells's localhost from my MacBook

I'm running some dev servers on my Paralells windows 10 which has localhost:3000, localhost:5000, which works fine inside windows 10, but If I want to access these outside (in my mac) I can't access them no matter that IP I try in the browser
