I have Parallels Desktop and Toolbox, but I can't use everything in the Toolbox

As example I can use the Countdown-timer, but when I want to use a shortcut for finding duplicates and use the shortcut I see the message: "To use this tool, you must have a subscription to Parallels Toolbox or Parallels Desktop for Mac." (see in Screenshot). What should I do?
