I didn't receive my upgrade key for Parallels Desktop 5 for Mac

I bought the Parallels Desktop 5 for Mac on Nov. 2, 2009 and applied the upgrade key 10 days ago. But I didn't receive my activation key yet. And the trial version will become overdue. What should I do if the trial key is due? When can I get my upgrade activation key?
 
Despite the so many follow-ups i made in Parallels helpdesk system since 6th Nov, they simply close the ticket today with a flag of *discount*

what does that suppose to mean ?! and how can i get my free 5.0 key ?

I had opened a ticket for the free upgrade "Parallels / #807370: Parallels Desktop for Mac 5.0 Free upgrade key form"

since 6th of Nov. with no reply from Parallel till this moment !

Can u please help me getting my free upgrade key.

I purchased Parallels 4 on November 4 and have not received my upgrade key to version 5, either. The response I got from the support team indicated that the keys would be send within one week.
