i can't use parallels and i want to uninstall window 7 but i don't know how can i do

the icon of parallels become blue instead of red, so i can't use window7 in it
i need to use win7 because i must do my project in win7
what can i do? but i need to uninstall win7 and uninistall MATLAB program
