I Cant Launch Parallels 10

I am not able to start Parallels 10 on MacBook Pro early 11 , Yosemite , I can see Parallels icon on the application folder, and when I click it, it show a small container has a label [ Loading Parallels] and progressing circle. It shows that for two minutes then the application dies!
I've tried to remove the application using Parallels Remover action I found somewhere in this forum then reinstall it, but it didn't work
I've also done repair permissions
