I bought a perpetual license, and you show it as subscription with renewal due after only 60 days

I bought a perpetual license to Parallels Desktop 2026 at the end of July, and you show it as subscription with renewal due after only about 60 days (9/28). How do I correct this?

2nd question: If I upgrade to Parallels Desktop 2027 is that upgrade also perpetual?
