How to use clipboard history? Why there is nothing happened when I click the "clipboard history"

I checked the help documentation although it's too simple. Could anyone shows the snapshot?
I can set the preference box of Clipboard history. Thx
 
Hello,
using Clipboard History is simple - just click on Clipboard History icon in menu bar and choose item you want to paste into Clipboard.

Do you have problems with opening Clipboard History window after click on menu icon? If yes, please send us Technical Report, it will help to investigate and fix this issue: https://kb.parallels.com/en/124107
