I wonder how to show a VM window on an extended external monitor.
For example: I have a window with a virtual machine Linux Debian on Parallels, I can take it "by hand" with the mouse in the external screen, but in the "Window" menu there are no entries to automatically bring (and therefore adapt to different resolutions) the entire window. Generally that menu has items "Move to [name of the external monitor]", but here there are no such items...
