How to "right click" in Windows 10 in Parallels

Hello all, I've just bought and started to use Parallels.
I found that I am unable to right-click inside Windows 10 under Parallels.
When I right click with my mouse, or click and press Ctrl at the same time, this has no effect or behaves as an ordinary click.
Any help appreciated.

Hello Swati, thanks for your help.
Thanks to the article you linked to, I am now able to right-click using the trackpad.
I am still unable to do it with the mouse however. I'm using Mac OS 10.11.3 and the advice given in the article seems to refer to other versions of Mac OS X, as my "Mouse" menu in System Preferences is much smaller than the one presented in the article and does not allow to choose "right click as secondary click" anywhere.

Hi @Doyle, you may restart your Mac and check if that helps!
