How to remove Windows watermark that says "Activate Windows Go to Settings to activate Windows"

Does anyone know how to remove the Windows watermark that appearance and stays when Parallel is activated? The watermark says "Activate Windows Go to Settings to activate Windows". Parallel's support people aren't responding to my messages.

You have to buy Windows and activate it to remove the watermark. Windows is not included with your Parallels Desktop purchase.
