How to instal windows 10 OS on my parallel 18 desktop?

I am a rookie to dual system between Mac and windows system
I installed my parallel 18 desktop and windows 11
But I need Windows 10 to keep my racing wheel driver work.
I setup Windows 10 OS but the wrong message appeared. It failed to degraded from windows 11 to windows 10.
How could I do step by step?

My bet is that the issue is not with the version of Windows, but with the driver not being ready for the ARM version of Windows.
Does your Mac use an Apple M-series chip?
If so, I would contact the racing wheel driver manufacturer and ask them to prepare ARM version of their drivers using the instructions: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/drivers/develop/building-arm64-drivers
