How to get a trial key for Parallels Desktop 9?

I installed Parallels desktop 9 and when I click "get trial", it keep saying "unable to get a trial key, please check your network connection and try again".
I am sure my network is good and I have tried on 2 different MACs bot got the same error.

I need parallels 9 because my application cannot run correctly in 10 or 11, so what should I do?

Hi Kevin, after the release of Parallels Desktop 11 for Mac, we have stopped providing trial for the older versions of Parallels Desktop. However you can try version 11, which is the latest. Please find the system requirements here.
