how to deactivate my Parallel Desktop license key and transfer to my new Mac

well this seems to be an issue that has been brought up for more than two years and here is another user requesting to please reset my serial as Im trying to transfer parallels to a new Mac install. the serial activation is nonexistent in the account website and there is no option to deactivate from the app.

this needs to be addressed specially after so many people with the same issue. are you trying to force us to buy new licenses?

when I try to register, error message says license is limited.
I can't sign out in my old computer.
could you deactivate my old one, and help me to register my new one?

i recently replaced my old macs to new ones. i have three licenses that i cannot now use (one is a subscription). can you help me deactivate all my licenses. unfortunately, i traded in all three of my old macs so i no longer have access to the machines.

prompt assistance is very much appreciated. i spent the weekend trying to figure this out. i wished there was a more efficient way of deactivating.

We have deactivated the Parallels Desktop 17 license from the machine with macOS 14.6.1(23G93).

To uninstall Parallels Desktop:
  1. Close any virtual machines currently running in Parallels Desktop.
  2. Right-click the Parallels Desktop icon in the Dock and select Quit.
  3. Open Finder and go to the Applications folder.
  4. Locate the Parallels Desktop app.
  5. Drag the Parallels Desktop icon to the Trash or right-click and select Move to Trash.

I have the same problem as Alpero above. My old Mac is has a damaged screen and so is inaccessible
Ive downloaded the trial version on my new one and wish to transfer my license

Hi, my mac suddenly quit, can my 18 standard license be reset to work on a new mac? If not will and upgrade license moving from 18 to 20 standard license work or is a new full purchase required? thank you.
 
Joining the long list of people with inaccessible keys.
I have a sub with 2 keys, transferred from a Mojave machine to an M4. The primary key on my old machine is inaccessible as is that Mac, the 2nd key belongs to another Mac that is using and working with Parallels. Please deactivate both keys and we'll sort them out.
