How to configure a friendly hostname

We have configured our gateway to use HTML5. It presently wants us to use a url in the format https://<servername>/RASHTML5Gateway. We do not want this, we want it to use a friendly name with our internet domain - so something like https://remote.acme.com/RASHTML5Gateway.
We have configured the DNS to point our friendly name to the server, but it simply redirects us to the server name based URL.
Where do I configure this?
Note: we have installed the appropriate SSL certificate so our desired friendly name will work OK.

You should be able to do that by using the Gateway > Web Requests setting
