How do I retrieve the PD15HE license?

I have Parallels Desktop 15 Home Edition installed on my Mac but I can't see my license in my my.parallels.com profile. There is nothing there. The PD works but I'm not sure I can use it after reinstall it or can activate after the clear OS installation.
The question is... How to retrieve the license to save and store in the safe place?
