How do I resolve the activation limit error?

I have recently replaced my old mac mini computer to mac studio computers.
The parallel desk 17 installed on the new mac studio shows me the error message: This license has reached its activation limit...
How do I take the old mac mini computers out of the activation list?
I cannot find any place to ask the request.

I have the same error message, "This license has reached its activation limit and can no longer be used...". I have reinstalled Parallels Desktop 17 but it does not work out. Please advise me how to resolve the issue on my side!
