How do I download 3188?

Whether it's to roll back a Parallels 3.0 installation if I have trouble, or to repair my computer if I do something that damages my Parallels, how would I go about downloading release 3188 if I'm a registered Parallels 2 customer?
 
Don't forget to back up your VM.

When you upgrade to 3.0 the VM is altered and will not work again with 2.5.
