How can I Reinstall Windows 11?

I have a corrupted copy of Windows 11 Pro, as it won't complete the update to 24H2. Is it possible to reinstall the Windows os without having to reinstall the whole thing?
I'm sure it's possible to "restore" Windows 11, but how do I do that on Parallels?

Also, in the Window, the first option is unavailable due to the organizations policy? ... What policy - how do i fixt that even and is it related to the failing update?
