I currently have a Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition subscription with two licenses, but I would like to keep only one license and stop using the other.
In My Account, I can see an option to add licenses, but there is no option to remove a license or reduce the quantity from two to one. What is the correct way to do this?
I also changed the renewal setting from automatic renewal to manual renewal, but I cannot clearly tell whether the change was applied. Could a Parallels representative please confirm that auto-renewal is disabled and that my subscription is now set to manual renewal?
