How can I deactivate my Parallels Desktop 10 license

Hi! I just moved to a new iMac and am getting an activation error. Can you please reset the license key Parallels version 10?

Please follow the below steps to activate your Parallels Desktop 10 for Mac.
1) Open Terminal (Finder --> Applications --> Utilities --> Terminal.app)
2) Execute the command:
prlsrvctl activate-license-online
3) Start Parallels Desktop and try to proceed with the activation once again.

We have reset the activation key. Please follow the instructions below:
1. Quit Parallels Desktop, then try to activate after launching it again.
2. If you are still unable to activate, Open Terminal on the Mac and execute this command: prlsrvctl activate-license-online

Note: Parallels Desktop 10 is not compatible with Sierra or newer macOS X versions.
 
Hi, I Have a problem with activate parallels after mainboard replacement in my mac - "Failed to activate the license: Unable to confirm the product license. You have reached the maximum number of activations available for your activation key (http://www.parallels.com/eula). Please purchase a new product license." Could you help me? (reset licence)?

Hello LeszekP. We have made the necessary changes to your license. Please try to activate now and it should work.
 
Hi, I am having the same issue as basically anyone else here. In my case is for a Parallels 10 version. I think I need a licence reset as well. Thanks for the support!
