High CPU usage on Mac, low CPU in Windows

Hi there,
Even with the VM idle and nothing going on (only task manager open), Parallels usage on Mac reports at least 30% cpu...
Now to take the screenshot VM cpu usage goes up to 10% when I move the mouse, but usually idles at 2%. Still on Mac is never below 30.
It didn't do this with Parallels 12. Heres specs and screenshots. Thank you.
- 6 gigs and 2 cores to the VM
- Windows 10 fresh install
