Hide Entire Windows Interface Entirely Or headlessly?

Is there a way to hide the windows interface entirely? I want to just have the windows apps themselves. I use Coherence, however, at times it still doesn't "feel" right to me. I know - nit-picky. How about running it headlessly?

As of now this feature is not available in Parallels Desktop.

The View modes available with Parallels Desktop are:
