Help please - VM password

Hello, I can't access anymore to my virtual machine ( windows 10) running parallel 11 on macbook air. for some strange reason when i type password i remember keyboard seems have been modified therefore the @ symbol is generated clicking other button... anyway... I have found solution for macbook pro or business edition , but I'm running a macbook air and home edition.. any idea on how to reset this ?
Please help as its 4 days I can't access...

Check if the same problem happens when you type in your Mac side.
-> Shut down your virtual machine and open its configuration.
-> Switch to Hardware tab and choose Boot Order menu.
-> Expand Advanced Settings menu and insert the following flag in the Boot flags box: devices.usb.keyboard=2
-> Close virtual machine Configuration, start virtual machine and check the problem.
If the same problem happens then try to connect any external keyboard and let us know if you are able to login.
