How do I get the free upgrade?

Didn't receive my Key for 7

Hello Parallels Team,

I've bought my Parallels Desktop 6 Switch to Mac on 30.09.2011

Two or three weeks ago I've submitted my invoice and other requested details on below website
http://www.parallels.com/de/keyfor7/request/emea/

Unfortunately I didn't receive my key for 7 yet.

Could you please help?
